These terms cover the TELEIOS website and anything you buy from us. Read them before you order. Using the site means you accept them.
1. Use of Website
Use this site lawfully. Do not damage it, interfere with anyone else's access to it, or take our content for purposes we have not authorized.
3. Pricing and Promotions
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Promotion terms are stated alongside the promotion, and we can change or end one at our discretion. Prices already paid are not affected.
5. Returns and Refunds
The Shipping and Returns page sets out what can be returned and how. Pieces should be unworn and in their original packaging. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
7. User Accounts
Some features need an account. Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
2. Orders and Payment
All orders depend on availability and on us confirming the price. We accept major credit and debit cards. When you order, you confirm the payment details are yours and accurate. We may decline or cancel an order. If we do, we refund you in full.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery estimates are on the Shipping and Returns page. We are not responsible for customs delays or events outside our control.
6. Product Availability and Descriptions
We photograph and describe every piece as accurately as we can. Color varies between screens. Measurements are approximate and taken flat. Availability can change without notice.
8. Intellectual Property
The text, photography, logos and designs on this site belong to TELEIOS or to those who license them to us. Do not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.
10. Changes to Terms
We may amend these terms. Changes are posted on this page with the date. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated version.
